These elements work in conjunction with one another and are ideal to the success and continued growth of our society and our world.
Pastor McDonald has been fortunate to work in various areas of ministry throughout his illustrious career. From operating as a youth pastor to counseling married couples, Damascus Road has been a beacon of hope to many throughout the community. In 1990, Reverend McDonald was certified, by the State of Texas, as a lay counselor for the prevention of child abuse and neglect. That same year, he became professionally trained as a counselor for the Family Outreach of America program from 1997 to 2002.
